Payment Policy

Payment methods accepted are: PayPal, Master Card, Visa Card, Money Order, Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT) and Bank Deposit. AnaCris Bags is a VERIFIED PAYPAL MEMBER.
All Credit Card Payments are processed via the PayPal processing system on the PayPal website.

When an item is purchased at AnaCris Bags website the payment process is directed to the PayPal website and that is where the payment is processed. AnaCris Bags DOES NOT have access to credit card numbers or payment processing details. When the payment process is complete the process returns to AnaCris Bags website with the option to continue shopping or finalize purchase. At that point an email is sent to the email address entered with the order details and order confirmation.  

Please note a PayPal account is not necessary to purchase from the AnaCris Bags' website. When you click on "Order Now" and the required order details are entered you will be directed to the PayPal website and will be given the choice to pay with your Credit Card or PayPal payment. We use PayPal as a secure internet payment process as we take client security very seriously


 Return Policy

Items that are faulty may be returned for an exchange if they fall within 14 days of initial purchase.
AnaCris Bags must be notified immediately by email or telephone +61(0)420 440 177 when fault is identified.
The item must be sent back to our office with a letter of explanation or copy of email previously sent to AnaCris Bags and copy of receipt of purchase.

The return will be accepted on the basis that is has been received by our office within 14 days from notification.
Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted and returned the buyer.
A Credit note or exchange will be issued if the item is considered to be faulty.
Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances in accordance with the Department of Industrial Relations Retail Return policy for the following reasons:
•    "Change of Mind"
•    If you have selected the wrong colour or leather type when using the “Select Yourself” method.

 
We do not warrant lining or zippers as these items are conducive to wear & tear.

Backorder Policy

If an item is unavailable at the time of receiving your order, you will be notified by AnaCris Bags and given the opportunity to have the item placed on back order or replaced by another item of your choice of equivalent price. If you wish the item to be back ordered, on arrival of same, you will be charged via your preferred method of payment and the item will then be dispatched.

Shipping Policies

We offer a Flat Rate Delivery Fee of AUD$10.00 to all Australian Capital Cities, excludes PO Boxes. All orders are dispatched the next business day. Your order will be sent via Express Post, a facility offered by Australia Post, and a Tracking number will be issued for each parcel. One (1) Designer Handbag per satchel can be sent at a time, otherwise a higher premium will be charged for postage. Express Post is the economical next business day delivery service for envelope, parcel or satchel the next business day within the Express Post domestic network.

Next business day delivery is guaranteed to all street addresses within the Express Post Next Business Day Australia-wide Network, if posted on a business day Monday to Friday (not including public holidays) in accordance with conditions set out on Express Post items as per Australia Post website. www.auspost.com.au/expresspost
